Exercise and nutrition are the two most crucial components of good health, regardless if you’re trying to gain muscle, lose fat or just stay fit. Everybody knows this, but many continue to look for simpler, more convenient, outright lazy ways to achieve their fitness goals.

10 Nutritional Guideline

Tip 1: Eat six meals a day

Tip 2: Combine carbohydrates and protein at every meal

Tip 3: Choose "appropriate" portion sizes

Tip 4: Plan meals ahead of time

Tip 5: Get containers to store your food

Tip 6: Drink 10 glasses of water every day

Tip 7: Don’t eat right before or right after you train

I love when people ask me "how can I lose weight?".  I ask them a couple questions.  Do you exercise? Do you eat right?
